When the media bus came to

Broad Oak 48 children applied

to come to key103 for 2day to spend time learning about what will happen and also to help broad oak with their radio station decks radio.

12 people got chose to go to key 103. On the first day

Marketing

We filled out the marketing plan then we did a power point about our radio station Decks Radio.

Creative Writers

They created a script and made it into an advert!! They then recorded the script and sent it off to guy who did the script in different voices it was amazing!!

News

They took turns in having a go at doing the news. They also started to write there own script that you have to perform.

Presenters

They presented for a bit then they written and practised a script that they will also be performing.

Day 2

On day 2 when we arrived at key 103 we saw fizz out of Coronation Street and had pictures with her. J

We then got into our work!!

Marketing

Marketing made a poster to say what our radio station would be like and what we would say and do. We also finished off our power point .

Creative writers

Creative writers made another advert for schools open evening and perfected it.

Presenters

Presenters where also scripting editing and recording there scripts .

Overall we had a very good time over the 2 days we learnt a lot about working in media it was a very fun and educational trip.
