  • Our days at Key 103

Firstly we were faced with the key 103 media bus which decide who went and who stayed in the end there was 12 successful applicants.

    HOW WERE YOU CHOOSEN?

We had to make a PowerPoint presentation on why we would be good on this project, we worked in groups of 3’s and 2’s, when we had finished we had to present our work to Steve,Rik and Tony. Then they would decide from what they could see.

@ KEY WHAT WERE THE GROUPS

At key we were split into 4 groups which were: News, marketing, prsenters and creative.

    NEWS:

The news readers obviously read the news but what kind of news?

They read school local national and international news reports.

And studied all of the main topics of today.

    MARKETING:

The marketing team had to come up with a name for the relaunched radio station formally known as werneth on air  but relaunched as SOUNDZ also they would have to record and edit a advert promoting the new radio station to add to there tasks they made a webpage a way of getting the name of the radio around school and locally and even nationally.

    PRESENTERS:

The presenter’s job was to get used to the idea of talking live and to come up with 4 questions to ask Lloyd Daniel’s

    CREATIVE:

The creative team finished and edited the rest of the advert as well as publish a PowerPoint and photos and this blog
